Silage Film, also known as Silage Wrap Film, Bale Wrap Film, or Forage Wrap Film, is a high-performance agricultural stretch film used to wrap and preserve forage crops such as grass, corn (maize), alfalfa, hay, and other livestock feed. It is specially designed to create an airtight environment that promotes anaerobic fermentation and protects silage from oxygen, moisture, and UV exposure.
Manufactured from 100% virgin LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) using advanced 5-layer or 7-layer co-extrusion blown film technology, silage film offers excellent stretchability, puncture resistance, UV stability, and oxygen barrier performance. These properties help maintain the nutritional value and freshness of forage while reducing spoilage during long-term storage.
