A large-scale vegetable producer in Spain upgraded its greenhouse covering system to improve crop quality, increase production efficiency, and extend the growing season. After evaluating several greenhouse covering materials, the customer selected our high-performance PO greenhouse film to create a stable and productive growing environment.

Challenges

Our Solution

The customer installed our advanced 5-layer PO greenhouse film featuring high transparency, thermal insulation, and long-lasting anti-drip technology.

High Light Transmission

The film delivers more than 92% light transmission, allowing vegetables to receive maximum sunlight for photosynthesis. Increased light availability promotes stronger plant growth, higher yields, and improved crop quality.

Long-Term Anti-Drip & Anti-Fog Technology

Special anti-drip additives prevent water droplets from forming on the inner film surface. Condensation flows evenly down the film instead of dripping onto crops, reducing disease pressure and improving light penetration.

Excellent Thermal Insulation

The film effectively retains heat inside the greenhouse during cool nights and winter periods, helping maintain stable temperatures and reducing energy consumption.

UV Stabilization

Advanced UV-resistant technology protects the film from sunlight degradation, ensuring long-term durability and maintaining high transparency throughout its service life.

Strong Mechanical Strength

The multi-layer structure provides excellent resistance to tearing, wind, and harsh weather conditions, making it ideal for commercial vegetable production.
